Meet Vicki Clarke, Founder

Vicki Clarke has managed the affairs of aging adults for 19 years, serving as their Trustee, Financial Power of Attorney, Medical Power of Attorney, and/or Representative Payee with the Social Security Administration.  She became a California state-licensed Professional Fiduciary in 2010.

For three years, she volunteered on Marin County’s FAST team (the Financial Abuse Specialist Team) and assisted the DA’s office on a financial abuse case using her skills in forensic accounting.

With a Master’s from UCLA, a background in information systems and librarianship, Vicki has a gentle respectful style, excellent organizational skills and knows what it takes – at a very practical level – to manage another person’s affairs as their faithful advocate and representative. 

Most of all, Vicki wants to help protect her clients from financial abuse and mismanagement, and also retain greater control over their affairs even if they have to delegate their critical responsibilities because they are incapacitated.

It is her fervent desire that - all across America - older adults are protected and supported as they age.  We will all need help at some point or another and should not be afraid to face that eventuality.
